Instant Fat Filled Powder (IFFP)

Instant Fat Filled Powder (IFFP) is a spray dried product, made from pasteurized high quality skimmed cow’s milk and vegetable fat.

Our IFFP can be used in many food applications, as a total/partial substitute of full cream milk powder. Available in different protein contents: min. 24% of proteins, fit for making yoghurt, curd & milk drinks 18 – 20% of proteins, fit for beverages & reconstituted milk 10% of proteins, fit for beverages, reconstituted milk, coffee/tea whitener 4% of proteins, fit for beverages, reconstituted millk, coffee/tea whitener

Packaging Our IFFP is available in 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg multi-ply paper bags with poly inner liner, various tin sizes (400 gram, 900 gram, 1800 gram and 2500 gram), various sachet sizes and in Big Bags of approx. 1000 kg net weight each.
